Smart meter promise

Green Energy UK have signed up to the Which? No selling, Just installing smart meter promise. This means we have pledged to our customers that we will not sell during a smart meter installation. Our smart meter installers are not on sales related commission and are not required to initiate any sales leads.

The Citizens Advice consumer service

It's easy to get free, independent advice so that you "Know your rights" as an energy consumer. You might want to get a better deal, find out how to make a complaint, get advice about the quality of your electricity or gas supply, or ask for help if you're struggling to pay your bills.
