can help you get connected again. It may also be that you need more or less power
than before, and we can help you there too. Just read the section that applies
to you, and follow the instructions.
New developments
If you're building a brand new home, or a new site for your business, let our
metering team know. You just need to tell us the new supply numbers, the site address(es)
and the details of the installation, and we'll make sure you get meters fitted

Redevelopments
Whether you’re doing up an old property, creating an annex or converting a building
into apartments, we can adapt the metering to suit your changes. Drop us a line

Changes
If the power requirements for your home or business have changed – from single to
3 phase, from non-half-hourly to half-hourly metering or from standard to Economy
7 – we’ll arrange to have your meter replaced as appropriate. Again, just get in
