What we need to know when you contact us
Initially we will just need the account holder’s name and property address.
At a time convenient to you, we will ask for meter readings from the property so we can make sure you are only billed for what is used. Or you can submit them using the form below if you have them to hand.
We’ll let you know if we need anything else when you get in touch.

They give practical information and advice on the many issues and procedures that face us after the death of someone close.
