Terms And Conditions
The Deadline for submissions is midnight on Wednesday 31st October. All entries will be reviewed upon competition close and one (1) winner will be announced Friday 2nd November (subject to review and selected by a competition panel at green energy uk).
To enter the competition and be in with a chance of receiving the prize the participant must complete all sections of the entry requirements, by following the Twitter account @green_energy_uk and Retweeting the specified message.
Entries will only be accepted from people within the United Kingdom.
green energy uk reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time.
The winner will be notified via private message in advance of the public announcement.
The competition prize is a new 7” Kindle Fire HD from Amazon, which, as soon as received, will be sent out to the winner following the public announcement.
No equivalent or alternative prize will be offered.
green energy uk's decision upon a winner is final.
No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or undelivered, whether due to technical difficulties affecting electronic communication or else.
green energy uk reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that the company has reasonable grounds for believing that a participant has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.
The participant is responsible for any costs, taxes, duties or levies incurred as a result of participating in or winning the competition. In addition, the participant hereby agrees and accepts that by winning the competition the participant may incur taxes, duties or other levies including, but not limited to, any prize tax, or any other expenses, fees or costs under any applicable laws and regulations. The participant hereby unconditionally accepts to bear any such tax, duty or other levy on behalf of the participant or an accompanying guest.
