We promise not to put call menus or artificial intelligence at the heart of our customer service.

Pay nothing until you've used our energy

Unlike many other small energy suppliers, we won’t charge you a penny until we’ve delivered you a service. The way we do business is very simple; we buy the energy, you use it, we send you a bill.

And as long as you regularly share your meter readings with us (don’t worry we will remind you!), then you’ll only pay for what you use.
